Our press shop, equipped with high-tech facilities, quarantees to fulfil the performance without compromise and according to requirements of our customers, in terms of quality and dealines and, as well as, in terms of size and quantity.
Machinery
Our press shop is equipped with high-tech injection moulding press machines of 50-1600 tons clamping force, by trademarks ENGEL, Kraussmaffei and Battenfeld, producing moulded parts weighing from 3 to 2800 grammes.
We process PP, ABS, PBT, POM, SEBS and other materials.
Continuous flow of processes
Our injection moulding machines are equipped with robots and Regloplas temperature control to reach maximum continuous flow of the production process and to quarantee the first-class quality. Our sophisticated system of distribution and preparation of the granulate plays an important role as well.
Storage facilities
We have at our disposal generously sized warehouses for storing injection moulds and material and also finished parts which are ready to be distributed to our customers.
