We are a modern plant equipped with injection moulding press machines of 50-1600 tons clamping force. We produce moulded parts weighing from 3 to 2 800 grammes. We process PP, ABS, PBT, POM, SEBS and other materials.

Painting

We focus on painting of various types of plastic materials. We use the wet coating method, both visual and functional, as needed.

Flocking

We offer the flocking of plastic moulded parts. The technology is based on applying microfibres of textile staples. This creates a luxurious velvety smooth surface used, for example, in the interiors of executive cars.

Assembly

We offer the assembling of sets. The assembly can be manual, semi-automatic using assembly jigs, or automatic using assembly carousels.
