Injection moulding

 

Injection moulding is the process when the plastic material is melted in the injection moulding machine and then it is injected into the mould, where it cools and solidifies into the final part.

Hoeko – Automotive operates with modern injection machines ranging in size of the clamp force from 50 to 1 000 tons.

Produced moulded parts weight ranges from 3 g up to 2800 g. Processed materials are: PP, ABS, PBT, POM, SEBS and others.
